Our fitness facility, located in Grimsby, Ontario, is designed to ignite your passion for fitness with
top-tier equipment and a dynamic workout environment. 

We offer battle ropes, tires for flipping, medicine balls, rope ladders, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more. 

These tools are perfect for a wide range of functional fitness movements, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout.

When the weather permits, we take sessions outside for an added challenge and variety.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training for all levels. Work at your desired intensity with varied classes that include equipment or bodyweight exercises.



MORNING HUSTLE

Kickstart your day with a mix of cardio, strength, and fun in a circuit-style session.You'll sweat, feel your muscles work, and leave feeling amazing.

FIT FACTORY

End your day with a stress-busting workout. These sessions are always different and never boring, incorporating circuit, Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, and pyramid scheme training. 

MAX BURN

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training session for all levels, with modifications provided. Sweat, burn calories, and work hard in just half an hour. 



BEASTMODE OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

 

Experience the thrill of BEASTMODE outdoor adventures, included in your month-to-month membership! Join us 3x per year for these exhilarating obstacle course challenges in the great outdoors. 

Specific group class training sessions to prepare for the outdoor obstacle course

Diverse challenges, like pulling a tractor, running buckets, carrying logs/rocks

Scenic and rugged courses, including sections of the Bruce Peninsula trail
